NZ Social Games is a free social gaming hub. There is no active account system, no payment processing, and no advertising network operating on this site.

We use browser localStorage to store three items on your device:

• nzsg_age_confirmed — records your age gate confirmation. Stored on device only.
• nzsg_cookie_consent — records your storage consent choice. Stored on device only.
• nzsg_recent_games — records recently played game slugs for a personalised view. Only stored if you chose "Accept All" storage consent. Stored on device only.

None of these items are transmitted to any server. They exist only in your browser's local storage on your device.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time via your browser's settings (Settings → Privacy → Clear site data or similar).

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we will receive the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

We do not share contact form data with third parties except where required by law.

NZ Social Games is entirely free. No payments of any kind are accepted or processed. No payment data, banking details, or financial information is ever collected by this site.

Games on this site are embedded via browser iframes from third-party game providers. When you interact with an embedded game, the game provider's own systems may load resources, use cookies, or collect usage data according to their own privacy policies.

We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of game providers if you have concerns about data collected within embedded game frames. NZ Social Games is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party game developers.

No advertising networks are active on this site. No user tracking for advertising purposes is in place. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect or process information from children under 18. If you believe a child has accessed this site, please contact us.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have rights regarding personal information held about you, including the right to access and correct that information.
